For Service/Repairs: Bring your vehicle registration and any locking wheel nut keys if you are coming in for tire or brake work. If you are a new customer, having your previous service records is helpful but not required.

What we need to know about your vehicle

To best prepare for your visit and provide the most efficient service, please provide us with:

  • Vehicle Identification: Year, Make, and Model.
  • Current Mileage: This helps us cross-reference your factory maintenance schedule (e.g., are you due for a 60k-mile timing belt?).
  • The Symptom Log (The most important part!): What is happening? (Squeaking, vibrating, leaking, warning light). When does it happen? (Only when cold? Only above 45 mph? Only when braking?). Where is it coming from? (Front left, under the hood, near the exhaust).
  • Customer Logistics: Your preferred date and time to fit your schedule.
  • Service History: If you’re a new customer, knowing when your last oil change or brake service was helps us avoid recommending work that’s already been done.

What happens after you book?

Online Booking Process: Our system uses dropdown menus to let you select your car and the type of service. It includes a "Notes" section where you can type out your concerns at 2:00 AM if that’s when you remember them. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

The "Direct-to-Advisor" Phone Call: Sometimes it’s easier to describe a sound than to type it. When you call us, our Service Advisors follow a specific "Diagnostic Interview" script. They’ll ask targeted questions like, "Does that clicking sound get faster as you speed up?" This live interaction often helps us narrow down the problem before you even arrive, allowing us to pre-order likely parts.
